Return + refund policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, preference, accidental orders, discount-code purchases, or normal wear. Please use the size guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact project1111.official@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, clear photos, and one continuous, unedited video that begins before the shipping package is opened and clearly shows the shipping label, sealed package, opening, and issue with the item. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Claims that do not include the requested evidence may be denied. If a claim is approved, Project 11 11 may provide a replacement when available or refund the affected item to the original payment method. We cover return shipping only when we authorize a return for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Do not mail anything before receiving written authorization and the return address.

No exchanges or unauthorized returns

We do not offer exchanges. Unauthorized packages may be refused or returned to sender. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged, or a refund is required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable law requires a different result, applicable law controls.

Shipping + fulfillment

Delivery.

Orders are fulfilled through third-party production and shipping partners and may ship in separate packages or from a location different from Project 11 11. Delivery estimates shown at checkout or in your confirmation are estimates, not guarantees.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders with an eligible merchandise subtotal of $55 or more, as calculated at checkout. Taxes, destination, product eligibility, and discount configuration may affect the final shipping offer.

If no shipment time is stated, we intend to ship within 30 days. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and provide the legally required choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund.

Review your delivery address before ordering. Contact us immediately if it is incorrect; changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Import duties, taxes, and carrier fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Privacy summary

Your data.

Shopify processes checkout, payment, customer accounts, orders, and newsletter submissions. This storefront stores limited browser data such as a Shopify cart identifier, banner preference, and authentication state so core features can work. Hosting and commerce providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser, device, and request logs.

Terms of sale.

By placing an order, you confirm that the billing and shipping information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Shopify securely processes payment and checkout.

Prices, product availability, promotions, and creator codes may change without notice. Codes cannot be combined unless checkout expressly allows it. Product images are representative; minor differences in color, print placement, fabric, and manufacturing batches are normal.

Orders cannot be canceled after submission except where required by law or when Project 11 11 offers cancellation because of a fulfillment delay. We may cancel and refund orders affected by inventory, pricing, fraud, technical, or fulfillment errors.

Project 11 11 names, artwork, logos, photography, and site design may not be copied or commercially used without written permission. These terms and policies are governed by applicable law and do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
